Yes, the Malays are the laziest animals on the face of the earth.
If you employ them, you'll need to provide them with the followings:
1. Prayers' time during office hours
2. Prayers room (not sure if they really pray or sleep in it)
3. Almost half day off on Friday for prayers
4. Almost a month "holiday" during Ramadan, as most Malays are "tired" due to fasting
Don't believe us, just look at the government agencies. With 99.9% Malay population in the civil service, the level of support and service really tells.
